Diclomol is a combination of Diclofenac and Paracetamol. Its used to reduce pain such as headache, toothache, backache, menstrual pain, sprains, and strains.
Diclomol also provides effective relief of pain, stiffness, and swelling due to ankylosing spondylitis (fusing of bones in the spine), osteoarthritis (wearing of protective covering at ends of the bones) and rheumatoid arthritis (body's immunity attacks small joints and damages it). This medicine blocks the release of a chemical that causes pain and swelling, thus relieving these symptoms.
Side effects can include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, loss of appetite, and diarrhoea. In some, it may cause dizziness and drowsiness. Therefore, avoid driving or operating machinery if feeling drowsy or dizzy after taking this medicine.
This drug can be taken on its own with water and with food. Try to take it around the same time every day. It relieves pain and swelling due to arthritic conditions but does not cure it. Do not self-medicate or use beyond prescribed duration.
Diclomol must be used with caution if you have a history of stomach or intestinal bleeding, heart problems, asthma, and severe liver and kidney problems. Inform your doctor or GP if you have a history of medical conditions and any medications that you may be taking. This medicine may affect the development of your foetus. Consult your doctor if you're pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding.

Gabica 150 mg Pregabalin is used to treat pain caused by fibromyalgia or nerve pain in those with diabetes (diabetic neuropathy), herpes zoster (post-herpetic neuralgia), or spinal cord injury.
Pregabalin is also often used with other medications to treat partial-onset seizures.
Pregabalin was originally FDA approved back in 2004 as an anti-epileptic drug, also called an anticonvulsant. It works by slowing down impulses in the brain that cause seizures. Pregabalin also affects chemicals in the brain that send pain signals across the nervous system.
Pregabalin can cause a severe allergic reaction. Stop taking this drug and seek emergency medical help if you have:
• hives or blisters on your skin,
• trouble breathing,
• or swelling in your face, mouth, or throat.
A small number of people have thoughts about suicide while taking pregabalin. Stay alert to changes in your mood or symptoms. Report any new or worsening symptoms to your doctor or GP.
If you have diabetes or heart problems, call your doctor if you have weight gain or swelling in your hands or feet while taking pregabalin.
Do not stop taking this medication suddenly, even if you feel fine. Stopping suddenly may cause withdrawal symptoms.
